This is the first diet journal entry for helping my husband to get in shape again.
Currently he has about 235 lbs and trying to get him down to 170 lbs with eating healthy + some exercise.

Sunday Lunch : IKEA lunch
We were busy getting our furniture on Sunday so we just quickly had our lunch at IKEA.
Which,,, was cheap, all of those were only a little over 20 dollars, and I was pretty surprised…
My favorite was a cup of Italian soup that tasted like minestrone soup.
The soup was just 1.99 dollars.
Sunday tea time snack : Cookie (1/2)
We know that each cookie has about 200 calories, so we divided 1 cookie together and my husband had a smaller half…
Sunday Dinner : Korean miso soup and Chinese fired egg
- White rice
- Korean miso soup
- Chinese tomato / tofu fried egg
- Kimchi
We just moved into our new apartment and we do not have a lot of stuff inside our fridge…
Ingredients that we used are
- Tofu
- Cabbage
- Onion
- Tomato
- Eggs
and Kimchi is pre-made, which we got in Korean supermarket.
